Our Story

SuspeK was founded in 2002 by security researcher Stefan Esser, who spent years exposing security threats and vulnerabilities to help users and developers alike. The site was largely inactive from 2014 onwards.

SuspeK is now owned and operated by Shaun Wong, who acquired the site and relaunched it with a clearer mission: helping families and everyday internet users stay safe online, in plain language rather than technical jargon.
